Gionee M30 Overview

Design and Display

The handset weights around 305 grams.  The Gionee M30 is 161.8 x 75.3 x 14.6 mm in length. In this device, Gionee used an aluminum body and frames. The device featuring a soft leather-like texture on the back. One can recognize a camera module shaped like a pill. Just under it there is fingerprint sensor and  Gionee also added its logo to the bottom. It has thick bezels around the display.

Gionee M30 has 6.0 inche IPS LCD HD+ display. But in my opinion resolution should be FHD+.The selfie camera was fixed on the top right corner of the screen.

Performance and Memory

Gionee M30 is powered by MediaTek Helio P60 chipset and it is based on TSMC's 12nm process node.
It is an octa-core processor with four cores of Cortex-A73 (2.0 GHz), and four cores of Cortex-A53 (2.0 GHz). It has Mali 672 GPU to handel graphics.

Handset comes in one varient that is 8/128GB and you can expand the storage upto 256GB by using microSD card.

Camera

On the back, Gionee M30 has only one camera. It has 16MP primary camera and LED flash light is fitted below the camera. Company should have added quad camera because in this price point almost all the phones have quad camera. There is 16MP selfie camera on the front.

Battery

Gionee M30 selling point is its huge battery. Device is packed with 10000mAh battery and you also get 25W fast charger. After full charge you can use your phone for 3 or 4 day for normal use. It also have reverse charging feature. Now, you can use this phone as powerbank.

Gionee M30 has not lauched in Nepal but after few month it might launch is Nepal. We expect the price of Gionee M30 around RS 25000 in Nepal.
